我国现在还是法制国家，依法治国呢，这就说明了商鞅改革方略的正确性，商鞅不愧是著名的改革家，政治家，军事家（说是兵法家肯定有人不服，想问要不是军事家，在当时第一大强国魏国的欺凌下，能割地实施变法期间不丢一块土地，和平变法30年？还有第三次河西大战胜强魏，这些都足可以说明是军事家了）
